Unpacking & Home Setup Options

  • 3-Hour Unpacking Session

    3 hours • $199

    A focused session for priority rooms or a smaller amount of unpacking. Choose the areas that matter most, and SETLAYA will make as much progress as possible within the 3-hour session.

  • 6-Hour Unpacking Day

    6 service hours • $399

    A longer session for larger moves, multiple rooms, or making substantial progress throughout the home in one day. Six service hours may be completed continuously or divided into two work blocks, with the exact schedule confirmed before your appointment.

Need More Than 6 Hours?

Larger homes or moves may require additional 3-hour sessions. Additional sessions are $199 each and can be scheduled on the same day when availability allows or on another available day.

A Few Things to Know

  • Boxes Ready to Unpack

    Boxes and belongings should already be delivered inside the home and reasonably accessible before your session begins.

  • You Set the Priorities

    Choose the rooms or areas that matter most. SETLAYA will focus the available time where it can make the biggest difference.

  • Time-Based Service

    Unpacking & Home Setup is booked by service time, not by number of boxes or rooms. The amount completed will depend on the home, the belongings being unpacked, and the priorities selected.

What Unpacking & Home Setup Does Not Include

SETLAYA is not a moving company and does not provide transportation, loading or unloading of moving trucks or vehicles, heavy lifting, or furniture moving. Heavy boxes and furniture should already be placed in the appropriate area of the home before your session begins. Light, manageable boxes may be moved within the home as needed while unpacking.

Unpacking & Home Setup also does not include furniture assembly, wall mounting or installation, deep cleaning, hazardous or unsanitary cleanup, or hauling boxes and packing materials away from the property. Empty boxes and packing materials can be broken down and placed in a designated recycling, trash, or storage area as time allows.
